Circa 1900. 2-storey, 3-bay W facing house. Rubble, concrete dressings. Centre entrance; 3 ball finialled gabled dormers break wallhead; segmantal-headed lintels to all openings; modern 2-pane glazing in ground floor windows, 4-pane in 1st floor. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
