Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 2 Burnside Street in Findochty, built around 1900. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. It features a central entrance with a panelled door that has a cushioned cross-rail, and all openings have segmental-headed lintels. The house is adorned with three finialled gabled dormers that break the wallhead, each with four-pane glazing. There are coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a rear external staircase.
