Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 9 Seafield Street in Findochty, built between 1905 and 1910. The house is constructed of rubble with concrete dressings. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and three dormers with finials that project from the roof. All openings have segmental-headed lintels, although the glazing is modern. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
