Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 1 Castle Street in Findochty, built around 1910. The structure is made of mixed rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. It features a central door and three crow-stepped gabled dormers that rise above the wallhead. All openings have segmental-headed lintels, and the windows have modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is also a rear external staircase.
