Description

Circa 1910. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Dark rubble with

contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. Wide

corniced centre entrance with rectangular fanlight and side

lights; panelled centre door with cushioned cross-rail and

matching side panels below lights. Bipartites in ground

floor; gabled dormers break wallhead in outer bays and

piended dormer in centre; most windows with segmental-headed

lintels; 2- and 4-pane glazing; coloured Art Nouveau lights

to entrance. Coped end stacks; slate roof; decorative cast-

iron finials to dormer apices.
