Description
4 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built around 1910. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has three bays. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and features contrasting painted courses and concrete dressings. The ground floor openings have segmental-headed lintels. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, each with 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
