Description
This is a house located at 3 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1900. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays. The exterior features tooled rubble with contrasting painted joints and dressings, while the flanks are harled. The central entrance is corniced and flanked by segmental-headed windows. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, and the windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
