Description

This is a house located at 9 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1900. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance has a hoodmould and a panelled door, with segmental-headed windows on either side. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which have modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
