Description

This is a house located at 12 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1910. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and has a cornice above a panelled door. The ground floor windows have a segmental head design. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, each with four-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
