Description

13 Admiralty Street is an early 20th century, single storey and attic, 3-bay house. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted courses and concrete dressings. It features a corniced central entrance with a panelled door, a plaque above, and flanking bipartite windows with segmental-headed lintels. The wallhead has canted dormers with decorative apex cast-iron finials in the outer bays. The ground floor has modern 2-pane glazing, while the dormers retain their original 4-pane windows. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
