Description

12 Admiralty Street is an early 20th-century, single-storey and attic, three-bay house. The building features rubble construction with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings, while the flanks are harled. The central entrance has a cornice and a panelled door, with flanking bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays contain canted wallhead dormers, which have modern 2-pane glazing, while the ground floor windows have 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
