Description
16 Admiralty Street in Portknockie is an early 20th-century single-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. It has a corniced central entrance flanked by bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays include canted wallhead dormers. The glazing is modern. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, with pottery ridge and apex finials on the dormers.
