Description

1 Admiralty Street in Portknockie is an early 20th century, single-storey house with an attic and three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. It features a hoodmoulded central entrance with a panelled door, flanked by bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays have wallhead canted dormers, and the windows include 2-pane and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
