Description

4 Admiralty Street in Portknockie is an early 20th-century house that is single storey with an attic and features three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and has harled flanks, along with concrete dressings. The wide central entrance has a hoodmould and is flanked by bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays feature wallhead canted dormers, and the glazing includes both 2-pane and 4-pane windows. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
