Description

Dated 1902. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble,

contrasting painted concrete dressings. Centre corniced

entrance with flanking shallow, chamfered segmental-headed

windows; canted dormers in outer bays with small centre

gabled dormer with shaped bargeboards; decorative cast-iron

finials to dormer apices. Wing to rear with square-headed

bipartite. Modern 2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate

roof.

Garage at S gable end (access from Seafield Street).
