Description
2 Seafield Terrace in Portknockie is a house built in 1902. It is a single-storey and attic structure with three bays, constructed from rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance is corniced and is flanked by shallow, chamfered segmental-headed windows. The outer bays feature canted dormers, and there is a small gabled dormer in the center with shaped bargeboards. Decorative cast-iron finials adorn the tops of the dormers. At the rear, there is a wing with a square-headed bipartite window, which has modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a garage at the south gable end, accessible from Seafield Street.
