Description
30 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built in 1903. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has three bays. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and features a cornice, with segmental-headed windows on either side. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, and the windows have 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
