Description

This building at 33 Seafield Street in Portknockie dates from around 1900. It is a single-storey and attic house with three bays. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings, while the flanks are harled. The entrance is centrally located and features a cornice, and there are canted wallhead dormers with modern glazing. At the back, there is a substantial two-storey, two-bay wing that includes a modern box dormer. The house has coped end stacks and slate roofs.
