Description
27 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built around 1900. It is a single storey with an attic and has three bays. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The entrance features a corniced design with a panelled door. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, each topped with decorative cast-iron finials and fitted with modern two-pane glazing. The house has ashlar end stacks with concrete copes and a slate roof.
