Description

26 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built in 1902. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and features three bays. The walls are made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance has a cornice and a panelled door, which is flanked by windows with segmental heads. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers with 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
