Description

This is a single storey and attic house located at 20 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1910. The house features three bays and is constructed of rubble with contrasting concrete dressings. The entrance has a hoodmould and includes a panelled door flanked by segmental-headed bipartite windows. There are canted wallhead dormers and the windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
