Circa 1910. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Bullfaced

rubble, contrasting painted concrete dressings. Centre

hoodmoulded entrance with panelled door; flanking

segmental-headed bipartites. Canted wallhead dormers in outer

bays; 2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
