Description

This is a single-storey and attic house located at 18 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1910. The house features three bays and is constructed from bull-faced rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance is hoodmoulded and includes a panelled door, flanked by segmental-headed bipartite windows. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers with 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
