Description

16 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a single-storey, three-bay house built around 1910. It features bullfaced rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings and rendered gables that are lined to resemble ashlar. The entrance has a hoodmoulded segmental head and is flanked by bipartite windows. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which have modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
