Description

This is a single storey and attic house located at 17 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1900. The house features three bays and is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted dressings. It has a central entrance and canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which contain 4-pane glazing. The roof is slate and has coped end stacks.
