Description

23 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built around 1900. It is a single storey with an attic and has three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and has harled flanks, along with concrete dressings. The central entrance is connected to the flanking chamfered segmental-headed windows by a continuous bracketed string course. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which feature modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
