Description

This house at 25 Seafield Street in Portknockie dates from around 1900 and is a single-storey building with an attic, featuring three bays. It is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The entrance is located in the center, and there are canted wall-headed dormers in the outer bays, which have modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
