Description

28 Seafield Street in Portknockie is a house built around 1910. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and features three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and has a hoodmould, leading to a panelled door, with segmental-headed windows on either side. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers that contain 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
