Description
This is a single storey and attic house located at 24 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1910. The house features three bays and is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and has a hoodmould, with segmental-headed windows on either side. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, and the windows are fitted with 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
