Description
The Church of Christ, located at 14 Seafield Street in Portknockie, was built in 1902. It is a simple rectangular hall with a gabled entrance facing west towards the street. The front is made of pinned squared rubble, featuring contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance is pointed-headed and is flanked by windows, with a lancet window at the apex of the gable. The side flanks have three bays with segmental-headed windows that include multi-pane glazing. There is a finial at the west gable apex and a coped stack at the east. The roof is slate. Additionally, there is a later single-storey, three-bay wing at the southeast with a harled frontage.
