Description

This building, located at 10 Seafield Street in Portknockie, dates from around 1910 and is a single-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays. It is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints, and has concrete dressings that are painted to resemble marble, with harled flanks. The central entrance is flanked by segmental-headed bipartite windows. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, and the windows have modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof, with a wing at the rear.
