Description

This building, located at 7 Seafield Street in Portknockie, dates from 1903 and is a single-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays. It is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings.

The house has a hoodmoulded entrance in the center, with flanking chamfered segmental-headed windows. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays and a gabled dormer in the center, although the glazing is modern. The building has coped end stacks and a slate roof.

Additionally, there is a garage at the south gable.
