Description

This is a house located at 2 Seafield Street in Portknockie, built around 1900. It is a single storey with an attic and has three bays. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The entrance is in the center, flanked by windows, and all ground floor openings have chamfered segmental-headed lintels. There are canted wallhead dormers on the outer bays, and the glazing throughout is modern. The house features coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a garage at the north gable.
