Description

1 Seafield Terrace in Portknockie is a house built around 1900. It is a single-storey and attic structure with three bays, facing south. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted ashlar dressings. The central entrance features a hoodmould and is flanked by segmental-headed bipartite windows. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, while the smaller central dormer is gabled and has shaped bargeboards. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
