Description
3 Seafield Terrace in Portknockie is a house built around 1900. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays facing south. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The central entrance features a hoodmould with flanking segmental-headed bipartite windows. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, and a central gabled dormer adorned with bargeboards and decorative cast-iron finials. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a single storey wing with a lean-to garage and a two-bay rear extension.
