Early 20th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house.

Rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete

dressings. Wide hoodmoulded centre entrance; flanking

bipartites with shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels;

modern glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
