Description

14 Admiralty Street in Portknockie is an early 20th-century house that is single storey with an attic and features three bays. The building is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. It has a hoodmoulded central entrance, flanked by bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. At the top, there are three wooden gabled dormers that break the wallhead, with the central dormer being smaller than the others, and all dormers have modern glazing. The ground floor windows also feature modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
