Description

18 Admiralty Street in Portknockie is an early 20th-century, single-storey house with an attic and three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. It features a corniced entrance in the center, with flanking bipartite windows that have shallow, chamfered segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays include wallhead canted dormers, and the windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is a garage located at the south gable.
