Description
17 Victoria Street in Cullen is a house built around 1910. It is a single storey with an attic and has three bays. The front is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints, while the flanks are dry dashed. There are contrasting painted long and short concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located, with bipartite windows on either side. All ground floor openings have segmental-headed lintels. The outer bays feature canted wallhead dormers with 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
