Description
12 Victoria Street in Cullen is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built around 1910. The houses have a rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and long and short dressings. Each house features a central corniced entrance with a panelled door. All ground floor openings have chamfered jambs and lintels, and there are canted dormers in the outer bays. The houses have coped end stacks and slate roofs.
No 10 has 2-pane glazing in all lower sashes and single-pane glazing in the upper sashes. No 12 features multi-pane glazing in the upper sashes. There is also an additional narrow 2-bay extension that connects No 12 with No 14 Seafield Street.
