Description

Kelvin Grove is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1910. It features dark painted rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The centre bay is slightly advanced and gabled, with a corniced entrance that has a panelled door flanked by bipartite windows. The wallhead is broken by three shaped gables, the largest being in the centre, each with bipartite windows that have modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks, a slate roof, and a decorative red pottery ridge.
