Description

Penryn is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1900. It is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted courses and features long and short dressings, while the flanks are harl pointed rubble. The house has a central entrance with a panelled door, and two gabled dormers that break the wallhead, both with four-pane glazing. The roof is slate, and there are coped end stacks.

In front of the house, there is a low coped garden wall with ball-finialled gatepiers that flank the pedestrian entrance.
