Dated 1901. 2-storey, 3-bay house (1 of terraced pair). Rubble with painted concrete dressings. Entrance at centre; segmental-headed lintels to all openings. Modern timber glazing. Coped end and ridge stacks. Slate roof. Decorative cast-iron brackets to rhones.
