Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located on Seafield Street in Findochty, built around 1900. The exterior is made of tooled rubble with concrete dressings. The central door is flanked by bipartite windows. The house features three gabled dormers with finials that project above the wallhead, and all openings have segmental-headed lintels. The windows include both two-pane and four-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
