Description

2 Netherton Terrace in Findochty is a house built around 1900. It is two stories tall and has three bays. The exterior is rendered and designed to resemble ashlar stone, with contrasting painted long and short dressings. The entrance is located in the center of the facade. There are three gabled dormers that project from the roof, featuring modern two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.

The garden at the front is enclosed by a coped and rendered wall. There is a pedestrian entrance that is flanked by gatepiers topped with ball finials, along with a cast-iron gate.
