Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 3 Seafield Street in Findochty, built around 1900. The building is constructed from rubble with concrete dressings. It features a central panelled door and three finial-topped gabled dormers that extend above the wallhead. All openings have segmental-headed lintels, and the windows are fitted with modern two-pane glazing in wooden frames. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
