Description
10 Netherton Terrace in Findochty is a house built around 1900. It is two stories tall and has three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring contrasting painted long and short dressings, with harled flanks. The central entrance has a panelled door, and there are three gabled dormers that break the wallhead. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing, with the 2-pane glazing fitted with modern timber casements. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is a lean-to extension set back at the east gable.
