Description
1 Burnside Street in Findochty is a pair of two-storey houses built around 1900. One house has two bays, while the other has three bays. The buildings are constructed of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. Each house features two gabled dormers that break the wallhead, along with coped end and ridge stacks, and a slate roof.
House number 1 has modern two-pane glazing and a garage at the north gable. House number 3 has four-pane glazing.
