Description

Firth View is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1900. It features a tooled rubble frontage with contrasting painted long and short dressings, while the flanks are harl pointed. The center bay is slightly advanced and gabled, with an entrance that includes a panelled door with a cushioned cross rail. The first-floor windows on either side break the wallhead as gabled dormers. There is a single ground floor window in the east gable, which has four-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.

In front of the house, there is a low coped garden wall. The pedestrian entrance is flanked by gatepiers topped with ball finials and features a cast-iron spearhead gate. A similar gate is used to close the side entrance.
