Description

3 Castle Street in Findochty is a house built around 1910. It is two stories high and has three bays. The building is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The central door is corniced, and there are three gabled dormers with finials that break the wallhead. The ground floor features bipartite windows, and all openings have segmental-headed lintels. The glazing includes both 2-pane and 4-pane windows, and the original rainwater goods are still in place. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
