10 Seafield Street in Findochty is a two-storey, three-bay house built between 1905 and 1910, and it is part of a terraced pair. The house is constructed from rubble with concrete dressings. The entrance is located in the center and features a modern door. There are three dormer windows on the first floor, each topped with finials. The windows have four-pane glazing. The house has coped end and ridge stacks and is covered with slate roofs.
