Description
This is a 2-storey and attic house located at 12 Seafield Street in Findochty, built between 1905 and 1910. It is part of a terraced pair and features two bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted pointing, and has painted concrete dressings with a harled flank. The entrance door is centrally located and paired with its neighbor. The outer bay has bipartite windows, and there is a shared gabled dormer window at the first floor that breaks the eaves at the center. Additionally, there is a single gabled dormer above an outer first floor window. All openings have segmental-headed lintels, and the house features a panelled door along with 2- and 4-pane glazing.
